Prayer & Reading Guides
At Rollingbrook Fellowship, one of our hopes is that our staff and members are engaging with God through prayer and His Word. Below are several resources that can facilitate that engagement.
"Pray the Word" by David Platt is a podcast that is 5-10 minutes long. David reads a verse or passage, briefly comments, and prays. If you are looking for something daily that is primarily listening, this resource is perfect for you to get your heart in both God's Word and prayer.

If you prefer to use a book instead of a device, "The Valley of Vision" is a great resource to churn your affections for God. It is a collection of puritan prayers and poems. You can find this resource at Amazon for $20 or less. If you would like one of these but cannot afford it, let us know!
If you use a phone, the YouVersion Bible App has numerous reading plans that can fit every level of reader. The following links are not from the app, but similar plans can be found on the app as well. If you are overwhelmed with long term commitments or larger amounts of reading, we encourage you to not get caught up in checking off the list, but simply do what you can. If that looks like a few minutes of reading or an hour of reading, it is still spending time with God.
